Our award winning encouters are a fun interactive 15 - 30 min educational session for all ages, where you can learn about and meet some of our incredible animals. Join us to meet and learn about Bugs, Reptiles and more!
Example Daily Encounters Timetable*
- 11am - Reptile Encounte
- 12pm - Invertebrate Encounter
- 1pm - Civet Feed Time
- 2pm - Reptile Encounter
- 3pm - Invertebrate Encounter
- 4pm - Civet Feed Time
*The times & encounters schedule are liable to change or cancelation at any point with little or no notice based on staff and animal availability, animal health or welfare and business needs. Please check timetables on arrival for any changes/ current timetable.
We recommend tickets be purchased and persons to be on the premises prior to the stated start times for encounters. Arriving on or after stated time of the encounter will not ensure entry to any one encounter.
Location of encounters will be announced over loudspeaker in the Jungle trail prior to commencement.
Please note that from 2021, Tarantula handling will no longer be offered as part of our general public encounters to ensure their welfare. Tarantula handling will only be available in selected pre-booked private experiences.
