Are we Dog Friendly?

Although we absolutely love all animals including Dogs (we will often come outside to say "Hi" to those wandering by), we are unfortunately unable to permit them entrance due to the risk to the health and welfare of both our animals and your pets! We would ask if you would like to visit, that you please leave your dogs at home or with someone where possible. We will not permit entry where we believe or are informed by security that a dog has been left in a car in the carpark, especially not during hot weather.

If you have an Assistance animal, unfortunately we also can not allow entry to them to our facility. This is in line with the requiments of our Zoo Licensing and following guidance from the British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums (BIAZA). Don't worry, you can still come along if you use an assistance animal! Please contact us prior to your visit so we can make suitable accomadations for you and any anmals that may accompany you.
